Theater students, choreographer work to perfect fight scenes
PLANNING PARTY Eleana Zhuang ‘25 and Hannah Lee ‘25 look at the 2024-2025 course guide. “I’m really excited about ‘English IV: Critically Reading Children’s Literature’,” Zhuang said. “Children’s books are very nostalgic to me and I think it would be cool to look at them now with a new perspective and a critical lens.”

Kicking off the Diversity Symposium: Kelly Williams Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion talks about the significance behind the Adrian Wayde Wright tournament. “This Basketball tournament embraces the strength and diversity of our school,” said Williams. “Students come together on the court, not just to play basketball but to celebrate the legacy of Adrian Wright.”

ROUGH TERRAIN Beck races on a hilly and rocky course on his mountain bike. “I like longer courses because of the terrain and how it’s not just the same thing over and over,” Beck said. “On these courses, it’s about navigating the hills and maintaining a good pace because the course is so long.”

VIVID BRUSH STROKES Elizabeth Wilson-Hill is working on a Mural in Brazil. “I just couldnt imagine living my life without having art in it every day.” Said Wilson-Hill, “So I wanted to design a career where I could travel and do art every day.”

CLASSROOM CALLIGRAPHY “I think if we are to study Chinese culture, the Chinese art is important to study as well because its such an integral part of the culture,” said Emma Zhang ’23. “I really liked being able to learn hands on and being able revert back to arts and crafts in school to learn.”
